Since his personal discovery of parkour training in 2006, Andy has been blessed to travel and train with many prominent American and international coaches and athletes. A pivotal point in his parkour journey took place at The New Yorker Festival in October 2007, which featured a demonstration and interview with David Belle, one of parkour's founders. Prior to the event, David's publicist invited local parkour athletes to audition for a chance to take part in the following day's demonstration. The audition consisted of rigorous conditioning and technical movement, as well as the opportunity to meet and socialize with David. In the end, David was happy to allow everyone to take part in the performance. David's focus on difficult training inspired Andy to increase the intensity of his own training patterns.

Nearly three years later, in summer 2010, Andy ventured to Columbus, Ohio to participate in the American Rendezvous. This annual event features coaches from around the world and welcomes parkour practitioners from across the United States and Canada to attend a weekend of challenge, learning, and camaraderie.

Andy returned to Columbus later that year to engage in the first Art du Déplacement And Parkour Teaching (ADAPT) Level One Certification to be hosted in America. Then, in 2014, he completed the ADAPT Level Two Certification after enduring its demanding five-day course and three-day assessment process.

Over the course of his career, Andy has coached at events in cities such as New York, Boston, Quebec City, Houston, Pittsburgh, and San Antonio.

Today, Andy enjoys coaching in his native Lancaster, PA, as well as at events across the country (and world). He continues to push himself and others to realize and expand their movement potential. Upcoming destinations include Toronto, London, Boston, and hopefully many more.
